Finding and maintaining an effective critique group for success.

Authors Kristine Lynn and Anna Grace were two hard-working, under-published authors when they met online in February of 2020. Within six months of working together, Anna and Kristine had signed with literary agents. Today, the duo have a total of twenty-one traditionally published books out, six with small presses, one indie, and more under contract with major publishers. Together they've figured out how to launch newsletters, negotiate social media, and worked through countless sticky plot points. 

We firmly believe that our rapid success is a result of working together, and supporting one another. This presentation covers the basics of finding and working with a critique partner, including the following topics:

• What to look for in a partner
• Where to find writing partners
• Giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Maintaining a positive relationship with your writing partner.
