Learn the process of bookbinding to bind your favorite fan-created works. This is the fourth of a four-part series.
Registration for the first event is for the entire series. This program is intended for teens and young adults (ages 14-19).
Over the course of this four-part series, participants will learn the art of bookbinding along with the ethos of using fan-created work. At the end of the series, each participant will have created one (1) complete book. During the final session, participants will use Canva to design cover and spine art and text. They will have access to Cricut machines and other MakerSpace supplies to add foiling and other details to the cover and spine of their books.
What is "fanbinding"? Fanbinding is the process of binding fan-created works including fanfiction and other original works into a one-of-a-kind book. Any books created in this workshop are for personal use only.
