In this presentation, we’ll talk about anxiety, how it works and what you can do about it. From learning more about what anxiety is exactly, to understanding levels of anxiety, types of treatments, to knowing when to ask for help, we’ll cover it all.

Bio of Marianne:
Marianne Straumfjord is a recently retired psychiatrist, living in Sisters, Oregon. She received her M.D. from OHSU and worked in family practice before going into psychiatry. Marianne worked in the private and public sectors, including Deschutes County Behavioral Health, prior to opening an office in Bend. She looks forward to working with NAMI and helping in any way she can to make mental health a possibility for every one!
