This workshop is intended for creators 13+ years of age. **If you have attended a Needle Felt Fungus workshop in the past, please consider letting other community members have the opportunity. Back by popular demand! Needle felt your way, creating a fungus habitat through this hands-on workshop!
Looking to expand your hobbies and learn needle felting? With a bit of wool and a special needle, this workshop will guide you into creating a beautiful three-dimensional mushroom. It can be used to create ornaments, mini habitat displays, or just for general decoration. This introduction into needle felting is a great way to get your feet wet for hand crafting 3-D creations. No experience is necessary as instruction will be very hands-on.
Tova Opatrny is the creator behind the YouTube channel Professor Pincushion, making high-quality video tutorials for beginners. Tova's work has appeared in HuffPost, Good Housekeeping, and Cosmopolitan, among others. She's written the book Professor Pincushion's Beginner Guide to Sewing: Garment Making for Nervous Newbies.
