Community 1Learn about small, sustainable steps toward a plant-based lifestyle.
Join Elizabeth Brewer-Johnson of PlantJoyful for an encouraging introduction to whole food plant-based eating. This class will explore how simple, nourishing plant-centered meals can support our health, energy, digestion, and overall well-being — without needing to be perfect or change everything at once. As we move into the holiday season, we’ll also talk about gentle, realistic ways to care for ourselves during a time that can feel busy, emotional, and full of food traditions. Together, we’ll look at how small, sustainable steps toward a plant-based lifestyle can help us to feel more grounded, supported, and connected to what truly nourishes us.
