Experience the deep rest and renewal of Yoga Nidra, or “yoga sleep”. In this guided meditation practice, you'll rest comfortably while being led through a journey of body awareness, breath, and mindfulness designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and support nervous system balance. Suitable for all experience levels, no prior yoga experience is needed. Please bring a pillow, a mat, and a light blanket. If you do not have a mat, don’t worry, mats will be available!
About the Instructor:

Missie Wikler is a Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach, and certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). Since earning her first 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2009, she has been guiding others on their unique wellness journeys, beginning with helping her high school students find calm and clarity during the challenges of adolescence.
Since then, Missie has completed a second 200-hour yoga teacher training and a 100-hour Breath Coach certification through Restore Your Prana, deepening her understanding of the connection between breath, the nervous system, and overall well-being. She integrates yoga, breathwork, and nature connection to help others reduce stress, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with themselves through mindful, restorative practices.
