Community 2Catch your breath in this digital detox session!
Registration Required.
Discover how your breath can become a powerful tool for managing stress and restoring balance. In this guided breathwork session, you'll learn gentle, evidence-informed breathing techniques inspired by the Buteyko Method that help calm the sympathetic ("fight-or-flight") response while supporting activation of the parasympathetic ("rest-and-digest") nervous system. Through slow, mindful breathing practices, you'll improve breath awareness, promote relaxation, and leave feeling more centered, grounded, and resilient. Suitable for all experience levels. If you do not have a mat, don’t worry, mats will be available!
About the Instructor

Missie Wikler is a Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach, and certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). Since earning her first 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2009, she has been guiding others on their unique wellness journeys, beginning with helping her high school students find calm and clarity during the challenges of adolescence.
Since then, Missie has completed a second 200-hour yoga teacher training and a 100-hour Breath Coach certification through Restore Your Prana, deepening her understanding of the connection between breath, the nervous system, and overall well-being. She integrates yoga, breathwork, and nature connection to help others reduce stress, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with themselves through mindful, restorative practices.
