Space is limited, registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, or blanket to practice on.
Get ready to stretch your spine, soften your shoulders, and find your flow! This feel-good yoga class celebrates the classic Cat-Cow flow, inviting you to move with the curiosity of a cat and the grounded calm of a cow. Through gentle spinal waves, mindful movement, playful stretches, and soothing breaths, we’ll release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect with the present moment. No experience necessary — just bring your breath, your playful spirit, and a willingness to stretch it out! If you do not have a yoga mat and would like to request one, please email Sydneyl@dpls.lib.or.us
About the Instructor:

Lotsie Cash is the owner and co-founder of Tula Movement Arts. Before she pursued teaching yoga as a second career, Lotsie was a professional ballet dancer with companies in NYC and Boston, in addition to several touring and freelancing gigs. She has been teaching yoga for 16 years now and has over 1000 hours of training under her belt. Lotsie is trained and certified to teach everything offered at Tula. Her classes are inspired by alignment, functional anatomy, breath, the 5 elements (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and dance/music. Lotsie’s classes are creative, challenging and fun, and there are always layers and options offered to accommodate all levels. Lotsie considers herself to be a “yoga mutt” and believes that exploration and variety in movement are incredibly important for our bodies, minds and spirits. She is also a mom to a beautiful girl and aims for Tula to be a great support system for all kids, parents and families.
