About the Presenter:
Teri Tith is a Certified Cheese Professional. She also holds a Level 3 certificate in Wine from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust and a credential in Sake.
Today, there are just over 1,000 people who hold the CCP credential, issued by the American Cheese Society. You must have at least 4,000 hours of experience in the industry in order to sit for this exam.
You may recognize Teri from her years working at the Market of Choice Specialty Cheese counter. She also works independently as a cheese educator and consultant, “spreading the good word about artisan cheeses” in Bend and beyond.
Her business is called Talking Cheese.
