Middle school adventurers are invited to join a monthly afterschool Dungeons & Dragons campaign set in the whimsical world of Obojima. This campaign focuses on character building, immersive role-playing, and collaborative storytelling, offering a deeper D&D experience for young teens who want to grow their skills and develop rich, memorable heroes.
The campaign meets in person at the Central Library, once a month on the third Wednesday from 3pm–5pm throughout the school year. All experience levels are welcome, and all materials will be provided.
This program is intended for middle-school-aged teens, and the content of the campaign will be geared toward this age group. Please follow these guidelines to help ensure a comfortable and engaging experience for everyone. Registration is required.

About the setting:
Obojima is a leisure fantasy setting from 1985 Games that is inspired by the works of Studio Ghibli and the Legend of Zelda. Explore an island full of whimsy, mystery, and possibility! Meet spirits, uncover the secrets of the ominous Corruption spreading across the island, and eat some good ramen!

The Central Library has a varied collection of English and Spanish language materials and hosts a variety of events and programs for all ages. Meeting and study rooms are available on every floor; a dynamic children’s discovery space is on the second floor; and a hands-on MakerSpace and dedicated co-working area are located on the third floor. You’ll also find free and fast WiFi and diverse public art throughout the building, as well as a Thump Coffee café in the lobby.
