Boundaries are guardrails that we put in place to help keep life sustainably healthy. However, setting and sticking to our boundaries can be challenging. Without firm boundaries, we allow our lives to become dictated to by the whims, wants and needs of others, at the expense of our own. Deb will help you understand what boundaries are/are not, why they can be difficult, why they're so important, and how to stick to them.
Presenter Bio:
Deb Hargrove is a certified Life Coach with a Bachelor of Counselling from the highly regarded Bethlehem Tertiary Institute in New Zealand (with a focus on CBT and Narrative Therapies). Since that time she has been committed to helping people heal and grow, in whatever way she can. Alongside face-to-face work, she has spent a good portion of the past several years writing therapeutic content for online platforms.
