Community 3Move with ease, breathe deeply & embrace a little meow-gic on the mat!
Space is limited, registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, or blanket to practice on.
Get ready to stretch your spine, soften your shoulders, and find your flow! This feel-good yoga class celebrates the classic Cat-Cow flow, inviting you to move with the curiosity of a cat and the grounded calm of a cow. Through gentle spinal waves, mindful movement, playful stretches, and soothing breaths, we’ll release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect with the present moment. No experience necessary — just bring your breath, your playful spirit, and a willingness to stretch it out! If you do not have a yoga mat and would like to request one, please email Sydneyl@dpls.lib.or.us
About the Instructor:

Brooke Coletta is an instructor at Tula Movement Arts in Bend. She originally found her love of Yoga at a small San Diego studio in 2008. She was inspired to deepen into her practice so she and her husband moved to Colorado in 2013, where she completed her 200 hour instructor training at Yoga Loft in Boulder. She immediately knew this was only the beginning of her path. After completing her first training, she jumped in head first taking the Unnata® Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Michelle Dortignac before moving on to her 500 hour Advanced Teacher Training with Shannon Paige.
Brooke uses oracle cards in her classes to help students create an intention and to dive deeper into their Yoga practice. She likes to challenge her students to feel each posture and experience the fullness of their breath, as she believes that the breath creates the rhythm of one's practice. Brooke also frequently speaks about the Hindu deities and engages in their mythical and fun stories reminding students that they are a part of something larger. Brooke is a lifelong student and her goal is to ignite whatever it is inside you that fuels your Yoga fire!
