Community 1You won't be a wallflower at the holiday parties this year!
Join us for an evening of West Coast Swing! This is a fun, partnered dance style done to many music genres, mostly Top 40s! We will keep things simple and have you moving in no time. The first hour will be dance instruction followed by thirty minutes of open dance practice. No partner or prior experience needed, just come in comfy clothes and shoes you can easily move in. Registration is not required for this event.
About the Instructors
Elizabeth and James are professional West Coast Swing dancers and instructors in Bend, OR. They are passionate about teaching adults and creating community through shared values and activities. They run The Space dance studio, offering multiple weekly classes and dances, as well as several local weekend events. thespacebend.com

About the branch
The drive-thru is open daily from 10 am - 6 pm.
The Central Library has a varied collection of English and Spanish language materials and hosts a variety of events and programs for all ages. Meeting and study rooms are available on every floor; a dynamic children’s discovery space is on the second floor; and a hands-on MakerSpace and dedicated co-working area are located on the third floor. You’ll also find free and fast WiFi and diverse public art throughout the building, as well as a Thump Coffee café in the lobby.
