Create your own sorbetto, semifreddo, and gelato!

Registration is required.

In this class, we’ll learn about and make three different Italian frozen desserts: sorbetto, semifreddo, and gelato. Participants will enjoy a taste of each dessert paired with a different wine. 

Dietary Notice: allergens include: milk, eggs, tree nuts.

About the Instructor: Mary McGuire is the Store Manager at Arome. She was born and raised near Lodi, CA and spent the first 16 years of her life working in health insurance. She has always had a passion for cooking and baking (especially fresh pasta and cheesecakes)! Two years ago, she decided it was time for a big change and moved to Redmond. She instantly fell in love with the culture and people and especially enjoys the spring and summer when the farmer’s markets and produce stands are open. When Mary isn’t at Arome, she is usually home trying out new recipes or hanging out with her tiny dog, Paige.
