This program is intended for children ages 5-12, and all children must be accompanied by a caregiver. 

Join Professor Universe on his greatest adventure yet as he embarks on a mission to save the entire planet with a little help from the carbon cycle. After all, we'd be nothing without carbon! From meeting a high-altitude mountain, to plunging deep into the mantle of the earth, kids will learn how carbon moves between plants and animals, the ground, and the air, keeping our planet safe for hundreds of millions of years. But navigating volcanic eruptions, prehistoric rivalries, and rebellious magma won’t be easy, and he’ll need your help! 

Meet Professor Universe: Dallas Akins (Prof. Universe) is an actor, clown, director, and teacher who finds great pleasure in combining his love for performance and comedy with his passion for science and education. He worked for the French Ministry of Education between 2018 and 2020, creating and performing shows throughout the Paris suburbs that engaged kids while teaching basic English. Dallas is the Artistic Director and Founder of the educational children's theatre company, WOW O’Clock. Since 2018 he has directed and co-written five original shows that have toured across the United States and parts of Europe. He holds a Bachelor's in Physics and Theatre from Trinity University, a Master's in Theatre and Clown from the international theatre school Ecole Philippe Gaulier in France, and a second Master's in Acting and Devising from the international theatre school Jacques Lecoq in Paris.
