Design a one-page mini zine.
Registration required. Space is limited. This event is intended for teens between the ages of 12 and 17.
"What's a Zine!?" A zine is a paper-craft self-published mini-magazine that became a big part of youth counter-culture and music scenes in the 1990s. Learn more about the power of this unique form of art and self-expression and how you can make your own through this crash course with Heather from the Bend Zine Library!
Heather Kennedy is a local eccentric who has been reading zines, making zines and curating a collection of zines to share with the Central Oregon community for over a decade (among many other creative endeavors).
