Calling all little monsters to come and play!
This program is intended for children ages 3-10. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
During our Monster Masquerade, we'll create our very own monster masks using paper bags, craft supplies, and our magnificent imaginations! What kind of monster will you be – silly? Scary? Goody? Grinning? All of the above?! After we've made our masks, we will have a little monster mash party and try out some spooky fun dance moves! Join us to celebrate spooky season and meet some new friends!
Kaija Marshall is a yoga instructor, birth and postpartum doula and holistic workshop facilitator. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from San Diego State University in 2015, her 200 RYS Yoga Instructor certificate in 2016 and completed her Birth Doula & Postpartum Doula training in 2019. Before starting her own business, she worked at Girl Scouts San Diego as an Evaluation Specialist, Camp Counselor and Outreach Program Leader, all while moonlighting as a nanny for families in San Diego county. She firmly believes in the purpose of play, and seeks to encourage mind, body & soul connections through movement, productive dialogue and authentic connection. In addition to serving growing families as a doula all over Bend, Kaija hosts Tween Yoga Workshop series and Pop-Up Playgroups to help get kids moving, grooving, and connecting with their peers!
