A young adult book club that centers LGBTQIA+ stories. May's selection is: They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera. This is an in-person program. Reading Rainbow is a monthly book club for Teens and Young Adults in Central Oregon. We read Teen and New Adult fiction that centers the stories and experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community, but encourage anyone interested to join. Our book club meets the second Saturday of the month from 4pm-5pm at the Downtown Bend library. We'll hang out, talk about the book, and have some pizza & snacks. Physical copies of the book can be picked up from the front desk of the Downtown Bend library. These books do not have to be checked out with a library card; we simply ask that you return the book at our meeting or in the book drop when you are done reading. Downloadable eBooks and audiobooks can be accessed using your library card through both Hoopla and Libby.
