About the Instructor:
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Erin lives in the wilds of Central Oregon with her partner and dog, where she gardens and hosts dinner parties. Her lifetime goal is to bring diverse stories to the forefront of awareness, spurring community action for the betterment of all kinds. She holds an MFA from OSU-Cascades in creative nonfiction.
