An introductory class on the Enneagram.
An amalgam of information gathered from the study of various teachings, spiritual practices and writings dating as far back as 5000 years, the Enneagram helps to understand how and why behaviors and internal messages motivate our lives. We gain a greater awareness of what causes our reactions, our opinions and our emotions and how we may need to let go of and certain practices to enrich our truest essence. This journey lends us a softer, kinder view of ourselves and those we interact with in the world around us. The Enneagram is a clear, understandable and organized approach to seeing and knowing your personality. This class will serve as an introductory and will provide information on what to expect in future classes.
