Learn about this immersive meditative practice set in nature.
Are you curious about what forest bathing is, where it started, and how it is done? Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, has become quite the buzzword lately, yet many individuals are still not quite sure what exactly this practice is.
In this presentation you will learn about the origins and benefits of forest bathing, the science behind the practice, as well as how you can practice on your own or with a guide. We will also discuss ecosystem impacts and how this practice connects us to our planet in intentional and meaningful ways. You will learn the differences between forest bathing on your own and with a guide. You'll also get resources and "invitations" so you can experience the benefits of forest bathing first hand.
