Weekly peer support group for those returning home from prison.
Anyone who has returned home from prison is invited to join a 10-week guided peer support group to help navigate the barriers and obstacles, and celebrate the successes, of re-entry.
Participants will:
-Identify a healthy goal and make a personal commitment to achieving it
-Learn the Habit Triage process
-Create a routine schedule that supports their personal commitment
-Create a budget/financial plan
-Commit to one healthy leisure hobby/activity
Graduates will receive:
-A certificate of completion
-A letter of reference
-Eligible for scholarship to become a certified Peer Support Specialist (COCC)
