Think calming teas, soothing oils, and simple salves—all from your own tiny garden. You'll learn how to grow and use herbs like mint, chamomile, lavender, calendula, and basil for self-care.

Workshop Details:
-
Herbs That Soothe
- You’ll get to know a handful of beginner-friendly herbs that thrive in our region—and in your tea, oils, and DIY salves. We’re talking useful, calming, easy-to-grow classics that love a sunny spot and a little attention.
-
Grow Anywhere!
- No yard? No problem. We’ll cover soil, watering, light, and container options for all types of living spaces. Whether you’re working with a porch, windowsill, or raised bed, you’ll learn how to create a happy home for your herbs.

From Plant to Potion
- Learn traditional uses of your harvest. Amy will walk you through a few simple ways to turn your herbs into something useful, like a calming cup of tea or an infused oil to soothe your skin.
