This class is designed to demystify the revision process and give writers a practical framework for approaching it systematically. We’ll explore the differences between developmental editing, line editing, and proofreading, and practice reading with an editor’s eye—learning what to look for as a piece moves from early shaping to final polishing. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to navigate each stage of revision, greater confidence around knowing what your work needs, and a structured approach you can apply to your own work.
