Cora has been passionate about fitness her whole life, playing multiple sports before competing in collegiate volleyball. Her love for strength training started in high school and continues to grow. For the past 13 years, she’s coached athletes in strength training, Olympic lifting, injury prevention, and overall development through CrossFit, personal training, nutrition, and spin. Outside the gym, Cora challenges herself with mountain biking, trail running, and endurance events. She believes fitness is about building strength in body, mind, and community.
