Join Mary as she demonstrates how to make Maine Style Lobster Rolls from scratch! After the demonstration, attendees will be invited to build their own plate to enjoy in the wine bar. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options will be available for purchase, and the register is always open for other shopping, as well. Attendees receive 10% off the purchase of any class ingredients during the event.

About the Instructor
Mary McGuire is the Store Manager at Arome. She was born and raised near Lodi, CA and spent the first 16 years of her life working in health insurance. She has always had a passion for cooking and baking (especially fresh pasta and cheesecakes!), and two years ago decided it was time for a big change and moved to Redmond. She instantly fell in love with the culture and people, especially the spring and summer when the farmer’s markets and product stands are open. When Mary isn’t at Arome, she is usually home trying out new recipes or hanging out with her tiny dog, Paige.
