Learn to fix kitchen fails, from soggy vegetables to dried meat.
If you are a beginner cook or just frustrated by recurring problems in the kitchen this class is for you. We’ll begin with a brief instruction of how to overcome common cooking problems like dried out fish and meats, everything sticking to your pans, burning your food, soggy vegetables and under-seasoned food. We’ll bring all these concepts together and make a coconut poached rockfish over rice with veggies to enjoy in the wine bar. Wine and beer will be available for purchase at the event.
