Learn to make fresh pasta.

In this class, we will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta from scratch and incorporate squid ink and shrimp to create a dish that looks and tastes amazing! After the demonstration, participants will be invited to the wine bar to enjoy the meal we created. The first glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic drink is included with the class.
**Allergens: gluten, seafood/shellfish, sulfites from wine (alcohol removed during cooking)
About the Instructor: Mary McGuire is the Store Manager at Arome. She was born and raised near Lodi, CA and spent the first 16 years of her life working in health insurance. She has always had a passion for cooking and baking (especially fresh pasta and cheesecakes)! Two years ago, she decided it was time for a big change and moved to Redmond. She instantly fell in love with the culture and people and especially enjoys the spring and summer when the farmer’s markets and produce stands are open. When Mary isn’t at Arome, she is usually home trying out new recipes or hanging out with her tiny dog, Paige.
