This workshop teaches writers how to edit and finalize their work.
This is an online program. Registration is required. Registrants will be emailed a Zoom link to join the meeting.
For some of us, getting words on the page isn't the hardest part of writing. The challenge is figuring out how to edit those words into a polished piece of writing. In this workshop, we'll break the revision process into specific tasks, and empower writers to see a piece through from start to finish.
Presenter Bio:
Grace Bialecki is a performance poet, novelist, and workshop facilitator who teaches for The Bridge and Hugo House. Her work has appeared in various publications including Catapult, Barrelhouse, and Epiphany Magazine where she was a monthly columnist. She has performed her poetry at the KGB Bar, Salmagundi Club, and been a featured poet at Paris Lit Up. Grace is the co-founder of the storytelling series Thirst, and the author of the novel Purple Gold.
