Join siblings Andi and Bruce on a canine adventure! When Andi and Bruce move to a foster home that doesn't allow pets, they must keep their beloved dog, Friday, a secret. The two children discover an abandoned hotel down the street, and with the help of Bruce's handiwork, transform the building into a dog haven. Andi and Bruce's "hotel for dogs" is not only the perfect place for Friday, but for local strays who become Andi and Bruce's furry friends. Andi and Bruce must use their wits to keep the hotel a secret from suspicious neighbors.

Based on the novel Hotel for Dogs (1971) by American writer, novelist, poet, and journalist Lois Duncan.
